While I appreciate NBC doing so much to promote the premier league, watching a match on this app is painful. As play builds up, the app crashes. Then upon frantically restarting, I must wait first for a commercial (!!!!!!!) only to have the app come back up to fans cheering after an amazing goal. Its truly painful.

Says were sorry when trying to watch live tv but it never used to do that. Now it never works no matter what I do

(Google Chromecast user) The app crashes every time a show goes to commercial. It also jumps to a show that already finished 3 hours ago, even though we are watching live TV. While watching our program, another program will start playing on the same feed. Mostly does not cast from the iPhone app, we constantly have to rely on the iPad app to cast. Worst TV app experience Ive ever had. Fix the bugs, fix the problems, fix the programming....when I want to watch soccer, I dont want golf to start playing!!

App will crash all the time.

Commercials before the start of ANYTHING. Thats pathetically greedy and super annoying.

If you enjoy watching the English Premier league you will love this app. Watch anyone, playing anywhere, against anybody -- all the games that are being played. Whats better?

Are you kidding?! Fix AirPlay on this app! Its never consistent!! Adding insult to injury the Apple TV app is worse than the iOS version. No local CSN games?? The only way Ive gotten to view my Celtics is if I go to CSNNE.com and stream from there using AirPlay to mirror my Mac. And even that comes in like garbage! Way to treat your customers NBC, Comcast or whatever you call yourselves these day. Updated 1/22/17 Still horrible. The quality of the stream is sad. So many better options. Lets cut to a commercial in the middle of overtime in a hockey game. Just a horrible company who just should do better given how much money they have.

This app is absolute garbage. It closes all the time on any device I use, will switch coverage to something else at the drop of a hat, and replays rarely work. Dont waste your time.

Nice to see the recent fixes have made the streaming ads work better, too bad zero thought was put into the viewers experience. Games and shows freeze and stutter(repeat a few seconds of streaming) more often than before. Painful to watch. Their IT peeps are either morons or are paid to make this app inept.

Love the races it covers as well as the full coverage of the races.. You cant beat the price.. It made cutting the cable cord all that much better. I watch what I want to watch and pay for!!

Tried to cast to either Chromecast or AppleTV and the functionality is terrible. You cannot fast forward or rewind. It takes ages to connect and ads will appear after every attempt. Very poor, the WatchESPN app is much better and user friendly. Disconnects often and impossible to reconnect.

Really. Plus, it is now even worse than before (by a lot), because the new version CRASHES EVERY SINGLE TIME I select replays, which makes it borderline useless. And dont start with me about the ad handling. How do you give an app less than one star?

Great app, but Chromecast support needs to be improved.

I used to be able to watch my local teams here in Washington DC until the update on 1/22/17. Now, no matter what team I try to watch, local or away, it says content not available due to black out. I emailed customer service but they kept asking for my cable login and password. They would not look into until I give them sensitive information. This is unacceptable.

Adequately provides the sports information Im looking or waiting for. The notifications/alerts I receive have current news & interesting sports stories. I follow football, hockey, tennis & more.

I can watch ESPN all day on my phone or chromecast and its PERFECT. This NBC app cannot hold an HD picture. Horrible app.

I saw that this app had gotten an update on my iPad and Apple TV and was pretty excited considering every time I selected something to watch on the previous version the app crashed. Weve made progress, but instead now the app tries to play a commercial before the show and crashes a couple seconds in. This app is great if you just want something to freeze your device then crash, because thats literally all it does.

App will play the commercials prior to content perfectly, no freezing or buffering once programming / game starts the app constantly buffers or freezes. When you start over you have to watch the pre commercials again.... and again .... and again.... find something else to watch
